About Ervin Ariaee

Ervin is an associate of The Myers Law Company, and a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta. He studied economics at the University of Alberta before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law. In addition to a busy criminal defence practice, Ervin also assists refugees seeking asylum in Canada. 

Ervin has experience in serious matters, including First Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, Robbery, Sexual Assault, Impaired Driving Causing Death, and Drug Trafficking. Ervin has appeared in Provincial, Supreme, King’s Bench and Appeal courts throughout British Columbia and Alberta. Ervin has also appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board, protecting the rights of asylum seekers.
