About Mark Polese

Mark is an associate of The Myers Law Company, and a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia. Mark joined the team at the Myers Law company in 2022, as an articling student, and has been practising and specialising in Criminal Law full time since. He studied Music at Queen’s University in Kingston Ontario before completing his Juris Doctor at the Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. He has experience practising Criminal Law in both British Columbia and Ontario.

Mark has a wealth of experience in all types of criminal matters, including Drug Trafficking, Kidnapping, Robbery, Sexual Assault, Impaired Driving Causing Death, Thefts, Fraud and Assault. Mark has appeared in both Provincial and Supreme courts throughout British Columbia, including a number of published decisions in the BC Supreme Court, where his advocacy and hard work ended in favourable decisions for his clients, altering the Criminal Law landscape in BC. 

Mark additionally has experience handling Motor Vehicle Act offences, including Driving While Prohibited charges, Driving Without a Valid Licence charges, and speeding tickets.
